By public transport

Train

  • Take the train to Station Den Haag Laan van NOI
  • Leave the station at the side of the Ministry of Social Affairs and Employment and turn right
  • Cross the Laan van Nieuw Oost-Indie, you will see the Java Building signs on your left.
  • Follow the signs Borneo building and walk underneath the arch of the NWO Java building
  • The Borneo Building is situated on your right hand side

Tram

  • Take tram 2, direction Leidschendam (depart from Central Station)
  • Get out at the stop: Stuyvesantstraat
  • Walk towards the NWO building, which you can see ahead of you
  • Walk under the NWO building arch
  • Building Borneo is situated on your right hand side
  • Take tram 3, direction Laan van NOI (depart from Central Station)
  • Get out at the stop: Laan van NOI
  • Cross the Laan van Nieuw Oost Indie and walk under the NWO building (Java)
  • Building Borneo is situated on your right hand side

Bus

  • Take bus 23 (depart from Station Voorburg)
  • Get out at the stop: Laan van NOI
  • Cross the Laan van Nieuw Oost Indie and walk under the NWO building (Java)
  • Building Borneo is situated on your right hand side

By car

From Utrecht (A12) and Rotterdam / Amsterdam (A4 > A12)

  • Direction The Hague
  • Take exit 3: Den Haag Bezuidenhout
  • At the trafficlights turn right (Schenkkade)
  • At the BP gass station, cross the Laan van Nieuw Oost Indie
  • Take the first turn on your right (Anna van Saksenlaan)
  • Building Borneo is situated on your right hand side

From Amsterdam / Leiden (A44/N44)

  • Direction The Hague
  • In The Hague, turn left into direction Voorburg Leidschendam (Laan van Nieuw Oost Indie)
  • Turn left at the BP gass station (Schenkkade)
  • Take the first turn on your right (Anna van Saksenlaan)
  • Building Borneo is situated on your right hand side

Parking

The parking garage is situated under both NWO buildings: Java and Borneo which are interconnected underground. The entrance can be found on the Anna van Saksenlaan (around the corner from the Schenkkade). Please ring the bell, state your name and business to the doorman, and you will be buzzed in. To reach the Borneo building, you must enter the garage and follow the "Borneo" signs.
