Rupinder Kaur
Quantitative Data Analyst
As people and communities increasingly organisation their lives differently, their needs and security change also. Data can help us undesrtand the changes taking place and gives insights on how to best deliver essential serivces now and into the future.
Rupinder works as a quantitative data analysis in the Measuring Justice team. She has a background in urban development research and she holds a Master’s degree in Urban Management and Development, from Erasmus University Rotterdam, Economic Geography and Regional Development from Jawaharlal Nehru University.
Rupinder has a particular interest in furthering research in Africa. In 2018, she worked with international development organizations including the UN, AfdB and DFID to publish, « The State of African Cities: The Geography of African Investment (2018) ». The report concerns research of foreign investment flows into African countries and its impact on socio-economic conditions in these countries.
