HiiL’s goal to make justice accessible, affordable and easy (user-friendly) is in line with my conviction that being aware of our “humanness” (justice, love, security, etc.) is the essence of creating sustainable social impact.
Ijeoma holds a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology and a Post-Master’s Certification in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, both from Towson University, Maryland, USA.
Experienced in social enterprise innovations, with in depth knowledge of the sociopolitical and social impact development dynamics in Nigeria, across diverse sectors.
In 2008, Founder of a rural empowerment NGO, All Mbaike Community Welfare Foundation, using entrepreneurial incubation model to grow rural startups.
Experiences in Nigeria has taken Ijeoma across political, gender, job creation and poverty eradication spectrum of the social enterprise sector, in all that seeing justice as a recurring theme.
HiiL user-friendly justice goal offers the opportunity to make impact vital to human wellness and communal harmony, all while appealing to SDG 16.3! “Is peace possible without justice?”
