Code of Conduct

HiiL’s Code of Conduct sets out the ethical and behavioural standards that underpin all of our work. It reflects our core values and our commitment to delivering people-centred justice with integrity, professionalism, and respect.

Integrity

When we talk about Integrity at HiiL, we mean taking responsibility for our own actions, adhering to the law, HiiL’s Code of Conduct and our core values. We have a set of preventive measures and policies in place to create a safe work environment, among which a Speak-Up policy, a Conflict of Interest policy and a SEAH policy.
